Who is the photographer?
All images on the ScenicVisions website were taken by Kirk Kennedy. You can see his Fine Art website at www.kirkkennedyphotography.com.
Is this inkjet printing?
Yes.
What paper do you use?
The panoramas and posters are printed on archival luster paper. The matted prints and notecards are printed on archival mat paper.
Are the inks you use archival?
Yes. We are currently printing on Canon printers using Lucia inks.
Why can't I get a panorama in a smaller size?
The panoramas were taken specifically to be printed large. All the panoramas are images that Kirk has stitched together. Stitching makes it possible to print very large wall murals that have amazing detail.
Where do you ship from?
We are located in Salinas, California. Salinas is 100 miles south of San Francisco and about 15 miles east of the Monterey Peninsula.
Do you keep Credit Card information?
No! For your security, no credit card information is kept on our servers.
Do you sell stock images?
Yes. If you are interested in any image for marketing purposes please email this address for more information: kirk@vectorpoint.ws.
What is your return policy?
If you decide you do not want the image you ordered you may return it to us and we will credit your account. You will need to pay the return shipping, and it must be undamaged and unopened.
What do I do if the picture arrived damaged?
If the damage was caused by UPS, you will need to file a claim with them. If there is a manufacturing defect please contact us by email or phone, and we will replace it. |
